Currently running Viper 1.21 but I've had this issue on stock VZW flash, LeeDroid, & Viper - Textra fails to send texts as soon as send button is hit. Un&Reinstall don't fix anything, obviously flashing a new ROM doesn't fix anything, changing from Global to LTE/CDMA doesn't fix anything. I don't have issues with any other messaging app sending messages, but I definitely prefer Textra and would love to see it work. I've tried changing just about every setting in the app related to messaging.
