Hard bricked OPT Boot loops after using MSM tool

I haven't modded the phone yet but installing oxygenos 3 it froze, so I turned it off in the process and bricked it

I then followed this guide method 1 http://ift.tt/1MWgxLD

but after using the MSM tool and pressing start, after it finishes the phone keep bootlooping

I can enter fastboot if that's any use
