[help]new member pls read thread

Hello,i have a lg optimus l90 d415 from t-mobile,but I use it in Europe,so one of my friends rooted it so it could be unlocked,
now I want to install an android lollipop rom because i cant update it,
can anyone help me because I'm new in this things
