Wifi connected toast appearing again n again

This behaviour started a week ago and I am getting wifi connected toast again n again when i am connected on wifi. I think this is giving my battery a hit and frequent reconnection for apps. This issue is with all the routers in my office or at home and other devices don't have any such problems.
Please suggest any possible solution.
