I have downloaded firmware for the Calyx M high Res Android DAP and the Cowon Plenue. My previous post asked the question, Can someone build a ROM disabling the phone and lte side of our beloved s3 i747 completely eliminating the apps supporting them and the sim for extended battery life. Unfortunately all I received was the usual banter about it wouldn't be a phone any more. Well that is the point to my quarry. Alas I have received nothing else on the matter. I have an S3 and S4 and would like someone to build a ROM for them out of either of these 2 firmware's. These were free to download and nothing was stated to be required to use or not. Anyone up for the challenge will get an attaboy and if you live in South Florida, A case of a beer of your choice and a good ol' southern steak dinner. If something else is required for one to work on it?, just email me at jsh.roberts1@gmail.com and I'm sure we can work something out. I know we cant make coal into a diamond or a standard dac into a high res device but I sure would love for us to be able use these for disconected devices with a lot of life left in them.
