Notification problem after last update .224

After last update, I don't get notification from some applications, like sport apps, facebook, coc, plunder pirates, and others. It works fine for whatsApp, Gmail and some. I try to keeping out these application from doze, but it doesn't work either.

Someone has the same issue as me? Or anybody knows how to fix it?
