Can G3 bootloader be unlocked with reference to V10 (F600SLK) bootloader unlock case

In http://ift.tt/24XqbGn, it is found that LG V10 (F600SLK) bootloader can be unlocked by flashing T-Mobile V10 image to F600SLK after modified the build.prop file. Yes, it is unlocking bootloader.

Can it be a good hints and reference for unlocking G3 bootloader?
