are cyanogen, ressurrection remix odexed rom ?if no anyway to odex framework and app?

i know that odexed rom are more stable smooth and fast because it eat less space in memory and on ram

if these rom are deodexed, anyone can post a tutorial to odex framework and apps on cyanogen and other roms?

i dont use themes on deodexed roms , so i prefer odexed roms....
