Whatsapp messages received when offline not appearing in chronological order

Hello everyone,
I have a big problem with whatsapp official app on my girlfriend's Galaxy Note 3 Neo (N-7505) and I hope that someone can help me.
Yesterday, after a failed root with Kingroot on official android lollipop 5.1.1, I had to full wipe the phone. Every app works perfectly, except for whatsapp. Whenever I turn off internet connection (doesn't matter if wi-fi or mobile network) and in that period of time people start talking, in the moment I enable internet connection again, I receive only messages from people who are online in that moment. So what I get is a list of messages, but sorted by sender and not chronologically. Let's take an example, hoping to make it easier to understand:

Let's assume to be in a "family" whatsapp group chat, in the moment when I have internet connection off.

Dad: Who would like to go to Disneyland next weekend? (13:00)
Mum:But we can't afford it, we are buying a brand new car... (13:03)
Sister:ME!!! (13:07)
Dad:Right, but I just won the lottery! (13:16)
Mum:Really?! (13:27)
Dad:Yes (13:28)
Sister:Yeah daddy! (13:30)

When I turn connection on (let's imagine I get online at 15:02), only if every group member has internet connection enabled in the same time, basically I see something like this:

Dad: Who would like to go to Disneyland next weekend? (15:02)
Right, but I just won the lottery! (15:02)
Yes (15:02)
Mum:But we can't afford it, we are buying a brand new car... (15:02)
Really?! (15:02)
Sister:ME!!! (15:02)
Yeah daddy! (15:02)

If only Dad and Sister have an internet connection enabled at the moment, it would look like this:

Dad: Who would like to go to Disneyland next weekend? (15:02)
Right, but I just won the lottery! (15:02)
Yes (15:02)
Sister:ME!!! (15:02)
Yeah daddy! (15:02)

Then I would get Mum messages later, when she turns her internet connection on again.

This problem is really annoying and I can't really get out of it. I searched on the internet for a fix and I found people with the same problem, but any answer could solve the issue, even setting automatic time and time zone in settings.
I also tried a full wipe and I flashed two other official 5.1.1 firmware from other countries with odin but the problem is still there.
I don't think the problem is the phone, because even wiping or re-flashing the firmware doesn't solve the problem.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to read it
