Microphone problem

My microphone is probably faulty, nobody can hear me during calls, only with loudspeaker on, i would like to change the mic, but there is one problem... i don't know where to find it. :D there should be one mic near Jack that one should be fine, but where is located the main which is faulty? Could anyone help me? Thanks
