Bootloop after battery running empty, access to bootloader, DL and REC not working

Hi,

I have been running ARHD 20.0 for a long time, but yesterday my M9 ran out of battery, and since then i'm unable to boot, it just bootloops. if i use vol up+vol down+power i can access the bootloader, but boot to download or recovery just ends in bootloops as well (vol up+power or vol down+power does not work), in the bootloader i was to "fastboot boot recovery.img" and get TWRP started, but was unable to flash ARHD 20..

I have no clue how to get the M9 to work again, but hopefully there is some one her that knows the medicine to help me out :confused:
