suddenly my k3 note's screen stoped responding. about 1 inch from right corner. other part is responding. is this hardware issue or software issue? i have tried factory reset but it was futile effort. do i need to go to service center or reinstalling stock rom can solve the issue? is there any online chat support for lenovo smartphone products?
