Current Rom : Custom Rom (efeXTREME Lite-Rom - http://ift.tt/1l5tiwj )
Problem Description :
I was using Cyanogenmod v11 stable edition, it was working fine for more than like 10 days, Then suddenly battery started to drain at an abnormal rate, even when i connected the charger, battery is draining while charging, the issue happened before, and it was a charger problem, this time i changed the charger again but did not work, i changed the battery and tried my battery on another S3 at home it was totally fine, i flashed OmniRom using custom TWRP recovery but the issue was the same, i flashed Stock Rom (4.3 jelly bean) from sammobile and even at stock ROM the problem still the same, i tried flashing an old modem/radio but it ruined the network.
I flashed again efeXtreme Lite-Rom and still the same problem, i deleted most of System Apps, using greenify and i am hibernating everything !! but still battery charges too slow and when i just open the screen battery starts to drain while charging!

i have been searching on the internet for more than 3 days and i can't find anything anywhere !!
