can't factory reset phone, when i try it gives me an error please HELP

i'm in need of help, i just removed root from my phone, because its been buggy and i wanted to do a factory reset
when i hold the buttons nothing happens it boots normal
when i go to the settings to do it i get an error
Can someone pelase help?
