Can I re update to 5.1 using ota zip???

I had updated my moto x (xt1052) to 5.1 using ota (Asia retail). Then now downgraded to 4.4.4 without flashing the bootloader.. Now want to install stock 5.1. Can I update using ota zip file?? Is there any other methods??:D
