Hey Guys,
My C6506 signal started dropping a few days ago. I have not made any updates to phone software/firmware in months. The signal drops occur when I am on a voice call while using the internet (either WiFi or over a cellular network, doesn't make a difference). Once the call drops, my signal stays dead for about 5 seconds and then begins to become active again. The time it takes for the signal to drop seems random but is usually less than a minute. Sometimes the signal drops when using internet only or when voice calling only, but those drops are rarer. I tried flashing my baseband yesterday and that didn't help.
Because this issue started occurring without any correlation to a software update, I'm thinking it's hardware-related. I'm totally willing and able to crack open the phone and replace parts/solder/clean/tighten cables as needed. Any ideas where to start?
If relevant -
Android Version: 4.4.4
Baseband Version: 9x15A-ACEFWMAZQ-30110098-75
Network Provider: AT&T Wireless
Build #: 10.5.1.A.0.292
