After rooting, and possibly before rooting (never checked), my Yoga Tab 3 Pro has the following behavior:
- when battery is below 30% it refuses to start up using the power button. It starts up immediately if connected with a power cable, even USB to a PC.
- if connected with USB to a PC it will run for several seconds and immediately switch off with no warning. Happens no matter what I am doing, even inside TWRP.
- turning brightness to zero stops it from switching off
- behavior remains until charged back up
So, any suggestions? Is there a place for log files to detect causes of shutdown? I am guessing this is some power saving feature malfunction. Notably in the Power Manager of Settings I also cannot turn on battery saving mode, the button goes to green and back to grey.
