So , I got a brand new S7 edge, Exynos Variant, All excited about the new features and the most anticipated "water resistant" s7 edge was in my hands, now after a couple of days what I do is go to a pool, take my s7 edge and calmly sit in the pool taking the phone right under water with me praying that they are right about it, guess what? samsung is wrong. the back button , haptic feedback was being pressed again and again. my heart sunk, while looking at my gorgeous "not so water resistant" samsungs beast.
after a couple of days it started working normally tho, but the sad days that the incident followed. Were hard!
Please do not attempt to go underwater with your phone without any valid reason. Normal usage in rain is OK, but dont try anything stupid , like i did. Theres a risk. why take it for nothing?
Just hoping i would stop a guy or two from repeating what i did.
